It is our goal to insure that each and every one of our customers are 100% satisfied with the quality of our product and service. Books and Patterns are copyrighted and for that reason, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on them.
If you purchase an item and are not satisfied with it please call to arrange a return. The purchase must have been made within the last 30 days; I will need the original receipt, amd fabric must be in original sale-able condition. That means no pet hairs, no smoke odors, etc. Other products need to be in their original packaging. Once your return is received and approved, you will be issued a credit for the original purchase amount, not including shipping, minus a twenty percent (20%) re-stocking fee. Cost of shipping the return will be at your expense. |

It is our intent to charge shipping charges that are as close to actual as possible. At this time we ship via USPS, either flat rate or Priority depending on what makes the most sense. We MAY add UPS and/or FED EX options in the future. IF the actual shipping charges are significantly less than what you are charged, we will issue a refund. IF you order sale fabric which could cause actual shipping charges to be significantly more than what you are charged we might have to give you a call so we can capture our actual expenses on your transaction.
